Cleaning and maintenance instructions vary depending on the material of your bed or sofa. Generally, we recommend regular vacuuming to remove dust and debris. Delivery Information (Ireland)
We deliver nationwide across the Republic of Ireland. Some remote locations and islands may require an additional surcharge and/or extended lead time.
Delivery time depends on whether your item is in stock or made-to-order:
- In-stock items: typically 3–10 working days
- Made-to-order / special order items: typically 2–6 weeks
Busy periods (Bank Holidays / Christmas): delivery may take a little longer. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, with limited Saturday delivery in some areas (subject to availability). Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a delivery date. A delivery time window is provided where possible.
Our standard delivery includes: Delivery to your front door / ground floor entrance and careful handling and basic positioning. Room-of-choice delivery may be available as an optional upgrade.
Before ordering, please measure: Front door width, Hallways and internal doorways, Staircase width and turns, and Lift size (apartments). If an item can’t be delivered due to access restrictions, a re-delivery charge may apply.
Some products arrive fully assembled, while others require assembly. Self-assembly: instructions included. Assembly service: may be available as an add-on.
Packaging removal and old furniture removal may be available as add-ons.

If you need to change your delivery date, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed deliveries or failed access may result in a re-delivery fee.
If your item arrives with any damage or fault, tell the driver immediately where possible, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
